Learn more about Massage Therapy Foundation’s 2023 Community Service Grant, “Kneads to Manage Chronic Disease”, Rappahannock Area YMCA, Fredericksburg, Virginia. Kneads provides massage therapy for at-risk participants in the Rappahannock Area YMCA Blood Pressure Self-Management program, which is designed to help adults better manage high blood pressure.
