Our Case Report Contests are intended to enhance professional development and research skills
MTF’s 2025 Practitioner Case Report Contest is now open
Submission deadline June 1, 2025
Case reports play an important role in the professional literature. This contest is intended to enhance professional development skills of the practitioner: writing case reports helps develop communication skills, critical thinking skills, and could contribute to future research and clinical practice. The contest is open to all U.S. & international massage practitioners.

MTF’s 2025 Student Case Report Contest is now open
Submission deadline June 1, 2025
Are you a current massage therapy student with a case report to share? Student Case Report submission dates have changed in order to accommodate students who graduate between June and September. Students must still submit before their graduation date, but the contest will accept applications year-round. Applications will be reviewed once per year.

About MTF Case Report Contests
Since 2006, Massage Therapy Foundation has offered Case Report Contests to provide an opportunity for students and practitioners to develop research skills and enhance their ability to provide evidence-informed massage to the public. Cash prizes are available to contest winners contingent on publication of the case report.
